Q:  What could possibly preclude or limit the incorporation of this STC?

A:  Most likely, nothing.  However, if your airplane has an existing MGTOW limit lower than 2950 pounds, this STC cannot bring your MGTOW up to 3100 pounds.  An example would be if an existing STC incorporated in your airplane limited, for some reason, your MGTOW to, say, 2900 pounds.  In this case, our STC would at best allow an increase to 3050 pounds - at worst, it could not be incorporated at all, depending on the previous STC.  An authorized person would need to make this determination and make the proper notation in the aircraft records.
