Q:  How long must I wait to receive the STC data package and what are my delivery options?

A:  Normally, your documents will be sent via E-mail within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.  Some processing time is involved in customizing the package to your specific airplane, including a specifically tailored flight manual supplement.

If you prefer, and are near a Fed-Ex Office (formerly Fed-Ex / Kinko's), we can remotely print your documents there for you to pick up.  Fed-Ex Office has offices in the United States and 10 other countries. We can also provide a CD with the STC documents via the postal service.  There is a small service charge of US $45 for each of these options.

We are working to install a more automated online process and expect the delivery times to become shorter in the future.
